To find out what bit operating system you are running. You will go to the Windows Logo bottom left of your screen / on the right you'll see "computer" you will right click on it, then go to properties. The image above should pop up, and you will see the bit you are running.

To get to device manager, there's two different ways :

1. Go to Windows logo bottom left of the screen/right side of the list, you will see control panel, click on that/if you don't have it in classic view on the top left you can click that, and it will give you all the icons. Scroll till you see Device Manager.

2. The other option is to go to : Windows logo bottom of the screen/computer on the right side of the list, right click/properties/Then on the top left of the page you will see Device Manager.
